Who Do YOU Say That I Am?
Pastor Scott Ross    E-mail Scott
Jaynes Street Community Church of God  Omaha, Nebraska
Who do people say Jesus is?  There are lots of opinions.  But more personally, who do you
say Jesus is?  Jesus asked his disciples the same question.  And the Apostle Peter gave the
right answer.  It should be the same answer for us today.  Jesus was no ordinary man.  He
was "the Christ, the son of the living God."  How will that fact change your life?
Matthew 6:13-17; Psalm 2; Psalm 42
Branded for the Lord
Pastor Ed Bender
Livestock branding is a technique used to identify the owner.  Using a fire-heated iron, the
master marks the cattle to prevent them from being lost or stolen.  In the same way, as
Christians, we should be showing a visible mark of who our Master is, as God makes His
impression on us.
Galatians 6:17; 2:20; 2 Corinthians 11:11; Hebrews 4:12; Deuteronomy 6:4-8; Psalm
119:105; Matthew 22:29; Ephesians 5:26; John 5:38-40; 1 John 5:1-5
Defining the Gospel
Mike Dart    E-mail Mike
Church of God, Faith of Abraham   Cashmere, Washington
God created the world and offers man a chance to repent and escape judgement and obtain
eternal life on the earth through his Son when Jesus returns.  That's the basic message Paul
preached to an absolutely pagan, idolatrous audience in his sermon on Mars Hill  It's the
same gospel message Jesus and his disciples preached and taught.  But why has the world
rejected such a simple and basic message of salvation?
Acts 17:22-34
