Have you ever been away for awhile and then got the chance to make it home?  Were you
excited to get back and visit with your friends and family?  Maybe you've waited for someone
to come home.  What did you do to get ready?  Were you counting down the minutes until
you could see that person you were waiting for coming?  Jesus has promised to come home
to earth.  It won't be long.  He's been away awhile, but he's ready to stay and visit with his
family and friends.  Are you counting down the minutes?  What are you doing to prepare?

Nothing in this life is certain.  Things can change overnight.  We see world turmoil and might
worry about economic changes ahead.  Sometimes things look like they're spinning out of
control.  Well maybe things are - when they're not in God's control.  In this uncertain world,
and in these changing times, there is someone we can always depend on.
