Jesus spoke a lot about faith.  He expected us to have faith in God at all times in all things.  His attitude toward
the disciples was almost in shock when they were fearful.  We have the Rock that we can always go to.  And
when your faith is firmly rooted on the Rock of Ages, you cannot be moved.

A new year is a good time to reflect.  Have you ever thought about why we're even here?  What's our purpose?  
Why did God make us?  In today's message, we begin looking at the five New Testament purposes of the
church beginning with an examination of what it really means to "worship."

Rather than conforming to the world, we are transformed by renewing our minds.  But it doesn't just happen
