

Thousands of homeschoolers in California are left in legal limbo by an appeals court ruling that homeschooling is not a legal option in the state. Parents of that state and in other states object to some of the curriculum of the public school system that often includes promotion of homosexuality as a normal lifestyle. There is more here than the controversy of which is better: homeschooling or public school? It has to do with the fundamental right of parents to make choices for their children. More and more the rulings of state legislatures and the courts are limiting parental choices. Children are becoming more and more the possession of the state.
