I know what you're thinking...but no, our pastor doesn't give his sermons standing on his head (although that might be worth coming to church to
see).  Pastor Wally simply shares the "upside-down" message of the gospel.  Still unclear?

Here's how the Apostle Paul explained it: " For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel, not in cleverness of speech, that the
cross of Christ should not be made void.  For the word of the cross is to those who are perishing foolishness, but to those of us who are being
saved it is the power of God...Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? God was well-pleased through the foolishness of the
message preached to save those who believe..."  1 Corinthians 1:17,18,20,21 (NASB)

God's message sounds "upside-down" to the world.  

Think about the Sermon on the Mount. Give to those who take?  Love those who persecute me?  Bless those who curse me?  Doesn't that go
against all our natural tendencies? God's ways seem so backwards.  God's ways are...upside down?

God's kingdom message is a message worth repeating, a message that doesn't return empty (Isaiah 55), a message to share.  And guess what?

And God's choosing YOU to share his "upside-down" message.
