Philippians: 1:27-30 - Stand Tall!  Stand Proud!  Stand Strong!
Pastor Gary Burnham  E-mail Gary     Cornerstone Bible Church
As we continue our study on Paul's letter to the Philippians, we look at 3 specifics critical to the church.  As the
Apostle writes, he speaks to us like a commanding officer rallying his troops.  And as we examine today's text, we
are reminded that we bring honor to Christ by being Christ-like in our teachings and our character.
Philippians 1:27-30; Ephesians 2:8; Philippians 3:10
Victory in Jesus: The Victorious Promise
Pastor John Railton    E-mail John     Family Bible Church   Granger, Indiana
Sometimes the Christian life can be a roller coaster.  It was that way for the disciples leading up to and following
the death and resurrection of Christ.  And then, after Jesus told his disciples that he would always be with them, he
leaves them.  So what exactly did he mean?  Has he left us for good?  Or have we left him?
Matt. 28; 1 Cor. 15; Deut. 31:1-8; 1 Kings 8:54-61; Mal. 3:6-18; Acts 1:4-11; 2:37,38; Gal. 5:16
What's in a Name?
Pastor Michael Brown     E-mail Michael    Glad Tidings Church of God  Fonthill, Ontario, Canada
We're all known by our names, and certain names have specific associations with those names.  It can even be
very embarrassing to forget a name.  But there's one name we all need to know: Jesus.  It's the only name that
brings salvation.  It's the only name that gives us access to the Father.  There is no other name.  Like the Apostle
Peter before the Sanhedrin, we have to boldly testify in the power of Jesus' name no matter what the cost may be.
