Sometimes as Christians we start living like the Christian life is just a list of rules of do's and don'ts.  We turn it
into a game of, "Jesus says."  And then it becomes easy to begin overlooking people in the process.  But being a
follower of Christ doesn't require us to clean up everything in our lives first.  It just requires us to start following
him.  When Jesus called Matthew, he simply said, "Follow me."  Those two simple words are still the same open
invitation for us today.  What's stopping you from starting to follow Jesus today?
Noah: How to Experience the Miraculous

One of the real dangers to Christianity is complacency.  We get too comfortable and just start doing the same
things over and over.  Sometimes we think we need a miracle in our lives.  We want God to prove Himself.  But
how do we become a candidate for a miracle?  As we look at Noah's faith, we see why God chose Noah.  In a
fallen world, one person was different.  Noah stood out, stood up, and stood alone.  God asked him to build a boat
(like none ever built) for a flood (when it had never rained), and in his faith, he was obedient.  Do you have the
courage to be different?  When times are tough, will you keep doing what God has asked of you?
