The Unannounced Fast
Pastor Gary Burnham     E-mail Gary     Cornerstone Bible Church   McDonough, Georgia
Many times today fasting is used to draw attention to a cause.  And, although Jesus and his disciples
practiced fasting, it is not often used by Christians today.  As we look at fasting in Jewish customs, we ask,
so what about fasting anyway?  In today's scripture text, Jesus talks about how fasting should be done.
Matthew 6:16-18
Following Jesus
Pastor Dave Hixon    E-mail Dave     Brush Creek Church of God, Tipp City, Ohio
Almost 2000 years ago, Jesus gave his disciples a command.  When he said, "Follow me," he was
speaking to us today as well.  In today's message, we are encouraged to keep looking forward, and walk in
the footsteps of our leader.
Science in the Bible
Pastor Alan Cain   E-mail Alan    Lawrenceville Church of God   Springfield, Ohio
Scripture is not a guess.  It's inspired.  It's accurate about theology, but it's also scientifically accurate.  In
today's message, Pastor Alan begins examining what the Bible knew before scientists did.
