Having A Love for the Truth
Pastor Alan Cain     E-mail Alan
Jesus was sent to preach the truth.  He even said he was "the way, the truth, and the life."  But what exactly
does it mean to have a love for the truth?  Is it just knowing the truth, or is it something more?  And if we
know the truth, then how do we put what we know to practice?

Our Heritage
Pastor Kenneth Milne
Pastor Milne did something he rarely did in today's sermon - repeat a message he had given before.  A
message worth repeating.  A message for us today, reminding us of the importance of the truth.  By special
request, he focuses on the "ancient landmarks" of truth given to God's people.  In the Church of God of the
Abrahamic Faith, we have the same history behind us, and the same future ahead of us.  Does it matter
what we believe today?  What does it mean to be of the "Abrahamic Faith?"  What really is our destiny?  Will
our churches grow if we're leaving something out?  What are we as a church to be doing until Jesus
comes?

Worshiping God in Spirit and Truth
Pastor Terry M. Ferrell   E-mail Terry

Scripture Lesson: John 4:19-26
Hebrews 1; 12:29; Galatians 4; 1 Corinthians 14:15; 1 John 2:20
No amount of energy or enthusiasm can replace the thrill of knowing the truth of the word of God.  In today's
study, Pastor Ferrell separates the attributes of God from the reality of His being to answer who God is and
how to worship Him in spirit and truth.
From Ravenous Wolf to Sheep Dog
Pastor Wally Winner     E-mail Wally
Joy Fellowship Church of God of the Abrahamic Faith
Piedmont, South Carolina
In this series on the book of Acts, we're examining the church of the first-century Christians and what we
can learn from this dedicated fellowship of believers today.  In today's study, we see how Saul was
enthusiastically persecuting the church, but we learn that nobody is beyond conversion.  We find that it is
possible to be religious, but lost.  Religiosity will not save us.  Only the TRUTH will save us!  It is eternally
important to worship in spirit and in truth!  No other form is acceptable to a Holy God.

you examine the details in this kingdom-themed message, also including his interpretation of the image of

world news.  It's not getting any easier.  In this uncertain world, there is only one thing that is for certain.
Jesus is coming back.  But the world is not expecting his  sudden coming.  But we are not left in the
darkness.  We are warned to prepare, and be ready for his coming.  Are you?

Finding Truth Without Knowing Hebrew or Greek
Pastor Dennis Baldwin   Contact Dennis
Grace Fellowship Church of God   Front Royal, Virginia
(Excerpt from 2009 Theological Conference)
Just what is death anyway?  What is a "soul?"  Can it die?  Do people who die know anything after their
death?  Did Jesus live before he was born?  Did Jesus really die?  Just what is the Holy Spirit?  Does it
matter what I believe?  Is Jesus coming back to the earth?  And if he is, why and when?  Why does there
need to be a resurrection of the dead?  Find out the answers to these questions as we journey with Dennis
through his life's search for the truth.

Christian, But Not Quite
Pastor Wally Winner     E-mail Wally     Acts 18:24-28; John 4
Joy Fellowship Church of God of the Abrahamic Faith
What do you do when you hear someone with an inaccurate message of God's Word?  Do you jump on
them immediately?  What happens if you are the one being corrected? This was exactly the situation of the
principle characters of our text in Acts 18:24-28.  Apollos was  skillful, forceful, useful, powerful, helpful,
faithful and tactful, but he had an incomplete message.  He was only acquainted with the message of
John the Baptist. Aquila and Priscilla took him aside and explained Christ's death, sacrifice and
resurrection to him, and He became a major figure in the work of the early Church.
Truth Matters Radio Broadcast:  Why Truth Matters
Host Sean Finnegan with Richard Wilkinson    E-mail Sean
The Truth Matters.
In this inaugural program, Sean and Richard discuss why truth is important.  Why does it matter?  Are you
convinced that what you believe is the truth?  With Richard's forensics background, he investigates the
testimony and the evidence to see if what we believe is
pursuing truth or simply preserving tradition.
Why the Truth About the Future Matters
Pastor Steve Taylor   E-mail Steve
Lakeshore Bible Church  Tempe, Arizona
More and more people want to know what's coming ahead.  They want to know about the future.  It's up to
us to declare the truth about what the Scripture tells us about prophecy and future events.  Jesus
is
coming, and it's our mission to prepare the curious world.
The Open Bible Pulpit:  Yahweh's Truth is Forever
Pastor Chuck Jones  E-mail Chuck    Visit Chuck's blog
Church of the Open Bible Pomona, California
After all is said and done, God's truth stands forever.  God's word doesn't need to be updated or changed
or proven or revised.  What does need to be revised is our understanding and our behavior in accordance
to His word.  And during this season of hope, it is good to revisit it and determine what hope we base our
lives on.
