Apostasy...in OUR Church?!!!
Francis Burnett
Both Peter and Paul warn us that false teachers would arise from our
own church body.  We are warned that a falling away will come.  Many are
already assuming a counterfeit gospel and are sharing the wrong
message.  It's time to examine ourselves.  Who's really at fault?  Are we
proclaiming the gospel as Jesus did?  Or are we burying the word of
God?  Are we relying on other people's materials, or are we relying on the
word of God?  Are we willing to spend the money to print and proclaim the
gospel?  If the truth is worth something, we should be.  Are we even really
preaching the truth at all? Or are we avoiding it. The message is the key
to salvation.  But the message is missing.  It's time to examine our
literature, our Conference, and our College to see if maybe the problem
is coming from
within...in a world without the only truth that can really
save.  And we better think about it...

solid foundation, strong building materials, and the best mortar to hold it
together.  As followers of Christ, it takes the same ingredients.  We're
responsible for what we allow into our hearts and our lives.  When
temptation comes, will your wall still be standing?

The Voice of Tomorrow Broadcast with Pastor Dale Swartz
A broadcast ministry of Kingdom Ministries, Inc (Litchfield, Minnesota).
Kingdom Ministries is a completely faith-based ministry created to simply
and clearly proclaim the message of the Kingdom of God and to share
God's love in a practical way.  Today's message again examines the faith
of Abraham.  God had promised that a great nation would come from
him, but then God asks the patriarch to sacrifice his only son.  And
Abraham followed God's directions.  But how could his son be killed?
Was God changing his mind?  How could Abraham still receive the
promises God had made?     Genesis 22

Power in Prayer
Pastor Terry M. Ferrell   E-mail Terry
Greenville Church of God, 217 White Oak Road, Greenville, SC 29605
How can we be effective and powerful in prayer?  Are there things we're
missing?  Are we expecting too much?  Should we not pray about certain
things?  What should we pray for?  In today's study, we learn how to pray
according to God's will.

Mothers of Great Courage
Pastor Alan Cain    E-mail Alan
Lawrenceville Church of God  4444 St. Paris Pike, Springfield, OH 45504
Often, when we think about courage, we get the wrong idea.  Courage is
not a lack of fear.  Courage comes through making a decision to do
something even when it's tough or when you're afraid.  In today's
continuing series on sinking our roots deep, we look at the faith and the
courage of some of the mothers in the Israelite nation.

Jesus often chose to speak to the crowds in stories and parables.  In
today's text, he speaks of a sower who scatters seed and the soils in
which it was scattered.  But those listening didn't understand.  But to us,
the mystery of the kingdom has been revealed.
Matthew 13:3-17
American Idols: What About Me? What About You?
Wally Winner     E-mail Wally
Joy Fellowship Church of God of the Abrahamic Faith
In today's message, we look at the last idol in this series: the idol of me.
Selfishness was at the root of the first sin in Genesis 3 and is the root
of all sin.  We have a "I don't care what God says, I don't care what God
wants, I want what I want when I want it" attitude.  So what's the problem
with selfishness?  How do we destroy this idol?  Find out today.

Above All
Pastor James Ritch
Resurrection Hope Church of God of the Abrahamic Faith   Lenoir, North
Carolina
Do you know we have someone so righteous that he stands before God
and talks about all of us on our defense?  But are we speaking on his
behalf to this world?  Can we talk about him if we don't really talk to him?
Can we share God's word if we're not reading God's word?  Sometimes
we let the things of this world become so important that we miss the
most important thing of all.
1 John 2:1,2,13-17; Proverbs 20:29
Pastor Darrell Cardwell    E-mail Darrell
North Salem Church of God   Plymouth, Indiana
It's comforting to be able to believe what people tell us.  But what
happens when we find out that what they've been telling us may be
contrary to what the scriptures teach?  On today's program, Pastor
Darrell brings to light several scriptures concerning the resurrection of
the dead and the coming Kingdom of God.
Pastor Dave Hixon    E-mail Dave
Brush Creek Church of God   Tipp City, Ohio
The God we worship is the creator and the maker of the universe.
Sometimes we take that for granted.  But think about it.  When we pray,
we're talking to the creator of the heavens and earth.  In today's
message, we take a brief look at some of the things that we know
about God in what He's written for us.  He's communicated with us in
our terms.  Perhaps we can't fully grasp his greatness, his power, and
his glory, but He's described and revealed Himself through His word.
Is it Really that Simple?
Glenn Hoey
Church of God, Faith of Abraham   Cashmere, Washington
We live in an age where we want something simple.  That appeals to
us.  From internet millions to miracle weight-loss pills, we want
something that's easy where we don't have to do anything.  Is that how
it is with our Christianity?  Is that how we become a Christian?  Is it
really that simple?  Do we just say a few words and read a few verses?
Or is there more to it?

God's Design for Marriage
Pastor Jeff Fletcher  E-mail Jeff
Bethel Church of God of the Abrahamic Faith, Pelzer, South Carolina
From the beginning, God designed marriage for specific purposes.
Throughout the Bible, we find the reasons He has been so specific in
His design.  He wants the best for His people.  He has a plan behind
His design.  And He uses marriage to teach us about His plans.

A Sacrifice for All
Pastor Mike Montgomery    E-mail Mike
Guthrie Grove Church of God of the Abrahamic Faith   Pelzer, South
Carolina
God gave Moses specific instructions down to the smallest detail in the
preparation and design of the tabernacle and the sacrificial system.  As
we study the pattern of God's design, we realize that every detail points
to His son.  The entire offering system of sacrifices could not save the
sinner.  It took the unblemished Lamb of God as a substitute once and
for all.      Exodus 25:8-10; 27; Leviticus 2-4; 5:5;
